Ghost Writing Book: Used to detect Ghost writing. An entity may write words to communicate and warn the user.
The EMF Reader: A small remote that detects EMF Readings. The presence of a ghost can vary from its strength of 1 - 5, with 5 being the highest.
UV Flashlight: Used to identify ghostly fingerprints and footprints.
Ghost Radio: A special piece of equipment that can ask the ghost questions to get pieces of information. Only some ghosts respond to the radio, which can be used as evidence.
Night Vision Cameras: This special night vision DSLR Camera is used to identify a presence of ghost orbs.
Thermometer: The thernometer is used to detect the temperature of a room. Usually, a ghost's presence chill the area, but freezing temperatures can be used as evidence.

Notes: Loud footsteps that deafen ears

Notes: Known to throw objects if agitated
Oni:

Notes: Despises the light
Poltergeist:

You turn on the lights to see a bit more of the room. An audible growl comes from the kitchen sink area. The lights begin to flicker on and off and the growl becomes louder and louder!
